Bulk mail is a cost effective option for mailing most marketing pieces.
Our Services Include:
- Address Verification and Duplicate Removal-ensures all addresses are correct, maximizes all marketing effort by reducing non-deliverable mail
- CASS(Coding Accuracy Support System) and DPV(Delivery Point Validation)-validates addresses and adds the barcode information needed for USPS bulk mail rate eligibility
- Low Postage Fees-all USPS postage rates are offered without any markups or hidden fees. The USPS CASS certification software determines the cost of each mail piece based on delivery point, volume, size etc.
- NCOA updates-each list is updated with the NCOA (National Change Of Address) processing.
- Intelligent Barcode-allows us to trace each direct mail campaign. No more lost or missing direct mail pieces
- Addressing-high quality and professional addressing for each direct mail piece.
- Sorting-in order to receive the lowest possible rate each direct mail piece must be sorted for delivery ready status.
- Delivery to the BMEU or Bulk Mail Entry Unit. Proof of delivery or form 3602 is available 2-3 business days after delivery***
General Bulk Mail rates
All USPS Bulk Mail rates are based on delivery point and direct mail piece.
The average standard postage rate for a 4X6 postcard is $0.21 and $0.22 per piece. Since this is a smaller mail piece the USPS offers a first class postcard bulk mail rate. The normal postcard rate for a live stamp is $0.29. Average delivery time is between 3-5 business days.
The average standard postage rate for larger postcards (5.5X8.5, 6X9,6X11), brochures and letters is $0.26 and $0.27 per piece. Average delivery time is between 7-12 business days.
Non-profit rates are also available with a valid non-profit direct mail permit.
